La Corniche sits a few minutes from the Pacific, on a hillside above Santa Teresa we chose for its orientation, its tropical vegetation, and the breathing room around each villa. Four homes, no more, each one a singular composition, designed to live in or to rent.
Three of the four villas have already been delivered to their owners. The remaining residence, Villa Santorin, is a brand-new construction with delivery scheduled for February 2026. It is the last opportunity to enter the program at the original pricing, with the rare possibility of selecting your own finishes before move-in.
